JPMAM Global Design System
At Goods & Services, I was tasked with the design and implementation of a comprehensive global design system for J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM). This initiative aimed to standardize and streamline the digital experience across the company's vast portfolio of products and services. The project involved the creation of a design system which utilizes customized and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, the development of product videos for marketing leads, and the incorporation of Lottie animations for enhanced web engagement.

Research and Analysis
Conducted comprehensive research to understand the existing design frameworks and identify areas for improvement. Leveraged key insights from a rebranded guideline and collaborated closely with product owners and developers to address the intricacies of both local and global needs.
Accessbility Design
Due to the fact that its a mutlifaceted and global financial company, we had to ensure all designs are ADA compliant.
Component Library
Developed a robust component library utilizing custom and AEM compoents, allowing for easy customization and reuse of design elements.
Documentation and Delivery
Created detailed documentation and guidelines to facilitate the adoption and implementation of the design system by global teams. I also QA the developer's work to ensure consistent quality.
